Welcome to BingeTrax Official. By accessing our website (bingetraxiptv.org) and purchasing or using our streaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Provision and Usage

• Single Connection Rule: Unless you purchase a multi-device plan, your BingeTrax subscription is strictly for use on one device at a time. Sharing credentials or using the service simultaneously on multiple IP addresses will result in automatic account suspension without refund.
• Content Availability: While we target an uptime of 99.9% and provide access to over 28,000+ channels, channel availability may fluctuate due to broadcast rights, technical maintenance, or third-party server updates.
• Internet Requirements: A stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required for standard streaming, and 50 Mbps+ for 4K streaming. We are not responsible for buffering caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed as one-time, prepaid payments for the duration selected (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). We do not support auto-renewals. You will be notified prior to your expiration date with an option to renew manually.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Restream, rebroadcast, or publicly display our content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our servers.
• Use automated scripts to extract M3U playlists or server data.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms of Service, particularly regarding unauthorized credential sharing.

6. Changes to Terms

BingeTrax Official reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
